Therefore, I assume full responsibility for any personal injury to myself and/or to any member of my family, or loss or damage to my personal property. I further understand that the Collegiate Peaks Trail Run (Buena Vista Optimist Club) reserves the right to refuse any person it judges to be incapable of meeting the rigors and requirements of participating in the Collegiate Peaks Trail Runs. I further agree to adhere to all race guidelines, rules, and directives issued by race personnel. I have read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions stated herein and acknowledge that this agreement shall be effective and binding upon the parties during the entire period of participation in Collegiate Peaks Trail Run activities.
